We want you to love your prints. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your right to cancel (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To let us know, email info@hazeandjuniper.com before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please take care when repackaging so the item isn't damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Many of our prints are made to order. Personalised or custom items (for example, a print customised to your specification) cannot be returned under the standard cancellation right unless they are faulty, in line with your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@hazeandjuniper.com within 30 days with a photo, and we will put it right with a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item at your own cost.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may then take additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@hazeandjuniper.com.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
