1. Eligibility and orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when you order, and for keeping any account details secure. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which is subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order for any reasonable business reason, and if we do we will refund any payment taken and let you know using the contact details you provided. Because many of our prints are made to order, please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Our products

We sell art prints and related wall art. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but the colour and appearance of prints may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the paper or frame you choose. Slight variations of this kind are normal and are not a fault. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time, and we may discontinue any product without notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver within the timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and, except where our Shipping Policy expressly provides otherwise, are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website and all artwork, designs, images, text and branding are owned by Haze & Juniper or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The prints you buy are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute or create derivative works from our designs without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting harmful code, scraping data, or interfering with its operation or security.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those websites, and following them is at your own risk.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that were caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our products are supplied for private and domestic use, and we are not liable for any business losses.

10. Our platform

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Any purchase you make is directly with Haze & Juniper, not with Shopify.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
