Description

This tuxedo cat print shows a black-and-white cat stretched low across the page, front paws reaching forward and its orange-red eyes locked on the viewer. The fur is built up in loose sumi-e brushwork, ink pooling to grey at the edges of each marking, set on a pale cream panel inside a fibrous teal border. The ink-wash technique and raw, washi-style edges give it a Japanese printmaking feel rather than a straightforward pet portrait, so it suits a home that already leans toward considered, textural decor. It works well in a living room or bedroom, especially for anyone whose own tuxedo cat gives them that same flat stare from across the room. It's available in multiple sizes, professionally printed on FSC-certified 200gsm fine art paper with a soft matte finish and rich, detailed colour. The ink-wash texture and teal border hold up well printed larger, if you want the cat's stare to properly dominate a wall.

Fantastic print for my bathroom. I saw it online and the colours are perfect. Great art work and nice to have a genuine artists work on my wall instead of AI

Customer photo review of Kyoto Forest Reserve Print

This print is gorgeous. I had originally planned to hang it elsewhere, but it is so lovely that I made it the focal point of the living room. We ordered it framed and the frame is nice quality, too.

Customer photo review of Sleeping Cat Japanese Print

Exactly as described and arrived quickly. I misjudged the sizing a bit, so there is no white border on top, but that’s a me problem. I’m super happy with my purchase regardless and would absolutely buy from this store again. Very high quality print.
